Reconnect your body, mind & nature in the Himalayas.
A 7-day immersive journey into embodiment, breathwork, and deep inner transformation.

A space to return
Moksha Retreat is Rahula’s brainchild. Every year, Moksha Retreat is reinvented to offer participants a diverse experience into the mind–body–spirit realms. Being a movement artist, coach and educator, Rahula’s mission is to integrate multidimensional and multidisciplinary practices to extract the healing qualities of varied and allied arts. This edition will mark the 13th Moksha Retreat — with brilliant facilitators coming together to create a deeply embodied experience.

About the Founder
Rahula, founder of a transformative conscious movement modality, has devoted over two decades to the intricate tapestry of various movement disciplines. His approach intricately weaves threads of presence, polarity, pranas, the profound 5 elements method, heightened senses, and a deepened awareness towards mind, body, and spirit. Beyond this, he artfully integrates wisdom from Tantra, conscious connected breathwork, and yogic practices into the fabric of his work.
In his philosophical stance, Rahula asserts that the mastery of mind and body is the gateway to the elusive realm of the higher self. This profound perspective underscores his unwavering commitment to a holistic approach, transcending the ordinary and guiding individuals toward a profound journey of self-discovery.

Embodiment Work & Breathwork
Rahula is the founder and visionary behind Moksha Retreat. With over two decades immersed in conscious movement, embodiment, and breathwork, he weaves together polarity, pranas, the 5 elements method, Tantra, and yogic practices into a singular path of self-discovery.

Yoga & Vedic Wisdom
Mahima is a sadhaka, facilitator, and creator dedicated to the realization of the self through the lenses of Advaita and shadow integration. Her work is rooted in a singular, potent paradox: that we are already inherently whole, yet we require deep awareness to recognize that wholeness within our human experience.
By bridging the gap between non-dual philosophy and the practical tools of yoga and energy healing, Mahima guides participants through the “inner alchemy” of bringing light to the shadow. This is not a process of changing who you are, but of dissolving the layers that prevent you from seeing what you have always been.

Naturalist & Nature Educator
Ramawatar Singh is a passionate naturalist and nature educator. He has worked at several national parks, reserve forests, non-profit organisations, and learning centres, and has shared his knowledge and nature crafts with all age groups across the country.
His work includes connecting people with the natural world through observations, practical experiences, and creative skills. Some of his offerings include facilitating nature walks, making jewellery out of seeds, wood carving, clay sculpting, papier-mâché sculpting, and various other crafts. These crafts are inspired by nature, and he uses mostly natural materials to create little pieces of art. He is currently working with a learning centre at Dhun, near Jaipur.

Theatre
Mrunal is a theatre practitioner and a graduate from National School of Drama, New Delhi. She devises theatre pieces, writes stories, and makes drawings! Her embodiment is her language.
