Rahula, Master of Conscious Movement
A facilitator who teaches from lived experience, presence and deep personal practice.

This training is designed to ground you in embodied awareness while developing confidence to share the work with integrity.

A space where individuals feel seen, supported and encouraged throughout their journey.

Dharamshala, Himachal
A peaceful natural setting that nurtures depth, reflection and inner exploration.
Conscious Movement is a method created by Rahula, Master of Transformational Embodied Movement.
It brings together years of exploration through movement techniques, dance-martial arts, neo-tantra, embodiment work, chakra balancing, neuro-linguistic programming, breathwork, yoga, pranayama, somatics, and the wisdom of the five elements.
At its core, Conscious Movement is a return to the body as the main resource, the place where awareness, emotion, and transformation begin. It explores how movement becomes a natural pathway to release suppressed emotions, awaken presence, and reconnect with the intelligence of the body.
Conscious Movement is not just a practice. It is a way of living.

Meet Your Guide
Rahula, founder of a transformative conscious movement modality, has devoted over two decades to the intricate tapestry of various movement disciplines.
His approach intricately weaves threads of presence, polarity, pranas, the profound 5 elements method, heightened senses, and a deepened awareness towards mind, body, and spirit. Beyond this, he artfully integrates wisdom from Tantra, conscious connected breathwork, and logic practices into the fabric of his work.
In his philosophical stance, Rahula asserts that the mastery of mind and body is the gateway to the elusive realm of the higher self. This profound perspective underscores his unwavering commitment to a holistic approach, transcending the ordinary and guiding individuals toward a profound journey of self-discovery.
In a world where stress, disconnection, and body numbness are common, conscious movement offers a powerful path to healing, presence, and authentic self-expression.
