Welcome to the first step of our three-level journey into contemporary dance — a path not only of movement, but of embodiment, expression, and deep self-connection.

This is not just a dance class.
It’s a sacred space where you begin to feel your body as an instrument of art, emotion, and creative energy.

Through guided sessions personally led by Rahula, you’ll explore foundational principles of contemporary dance woven with somatic awareness. The course is designed to help you reconnect with your breath, presence, and inner rhythm.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone seeking to refine your movement language, this course invites you to meet your body in a new, conscious way.

Led by Rahula

All sessions are personally led by Rahula, an experienced movement facilitator and founder of Moksha Healing Arts. With years of experience in somatic practices, contemporary dance, and spiritual embodiment, Rahula offers a deeply intuitive, safe, and expansive space to explore movement as medicine.

Class Schedule & Details

Start Date: 17th August, 2025
Every Sunday | 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM IST

Total Duration: 3 Months | 12 Sessions | 24 Hours of Training

Missed a Class? Don’t worry — session recordings will be provided.

Course Fee: ₹6000 INR (total)

Certificate Provided upon completion

1 – Recording Availability:
Recording available for a week. If missed, still counted as a complete class. 

2 – Recording Request:
Recording will only be sent upon request.

3 – Certification Requirement:
Certification received upon completing the assignment at the end of the course. Assignment allotted after all sessions.

4 – Recording Upload Schedule:
Recording will be uploaded every Tuesday.

5 – Zoom Link:
The same Zoom link will be applied for all sessions – link will be sent after registration

Meet Rahula

Rahula spent over two decades of his life understanding and mastering the body, mind and spirit through the art of movement and in the process developed a unique transformative modality called Conscious Movement. 

His approach artfully weaves threads of presence, polarity, pranas, the profound 5 elements method to bring about heightened senses, and a deepened awareness towards mind, body, and spirit. 

Beyond this, his work also integrates wisdom from Tantra, Conscious Connected Breathwork, and yogic practices.
